Community Guidelines
These guidelines explain the behavior expected across NIRVYN Social, Dating, Blind Dating, and Random Chat. They are designed to keep the app respectful, authentic, privacy-first, and safe.
1. Our Community Values
NIRVYN users should be respectful, authentic, honest, inclusive, privacy-aware, consent-aware, lawful, and careful with other people's safety. Treat other users as you would expect to be treated.
2. Be Yourself
Use truthful information, represent yourself honestly, and use photos you have the right to use. Do not create fake profiles, impersonate people or organizations, mislead users, or use another person's photos without permission.
3. Respect Others
Do not harass, bully, intimidate, threaten, discriminate, stalk, dox, personally attack, encourage harassment, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to communicate. Disagreements are acceptable; abusive behavior is not.
4. Respect Privacy And Consent
Do not pressure users to reveal private information, share private messages without permission, record conversations or video chats without consent, bypass privacy features, or try to uncover information hidden by Blind Dating or other privacy controls. Do not use shared links, screenshots, previews, or external messaging apps to harass, expose, shame, dox, evade blocks, or spread another person's private information. If someone says no or stops responding, respect that.
5. Social Zone Rules
The Social Zone is for ideas, interests, creativity, conversations, groups, circles, and respectful sharing. Do not spam, flood discussions, manipulate engagement, harass creators, hijack conversations, repeatedly post duplicates, or share explicit 18+ content in normal Social posts. External Social share links should be used only for content you have the right to share and only in a way that respects privacy, consent, copyright, platform rules, and applicable law.
6. Dating Zone Rules
Dating is for eligible users who choose to connect respectfully. Be honest about intentions, respect boundaries and rejection, and meet offline only if both people freely choose to do so. Do not pressure users, demand intimate photos or personal information, send unwanted sexual messages, scam, or manipulate emotions for money.
7. Random Chat Rules
Random Text Chat and Random Video Chat are for spontaneous conversations with new people. Be polite, use appropriate language, and end conversations respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, advertise without permission, record without consent, or display illegal, dangerous, or sexually explicit content.
8. Prohibited Content
NIRVYN does not allow child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation of minors, terrorist or extremist content, trafficking, fraud, scams, malware, phishing, illegal goods or services, intellectual property infringement, graphic shock violence, serious criminal activity, self-harm encouragement, non-consensual intimate images, unlawful content, or platform-prohibited sexual content.
9. Child Safety
Content or conduct involving child sexual abuse, grooming, exploitation, solicitation, trafficking, or sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, record preservation, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.
10. Reports And Blocking
If you see harassment, fake profiles, impersonation, scams, spam, child safety concerns, fraud, threats, or illegal content, use in-app reporting tools or contact NIRVYN. You may also block users where the app provides that control. Reports must be honest and made in good faith.
11. Enforcement And Appeals
Violations may lead to warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, zone restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or other appropriate action. Serious violations may result in immediate action without warning. Users may use available support or grievance channels to request review of eligible decisions.
