Terms of Service
These terms govern use of NIRVYN, including the Core Account, Social Zone, Dating Zone, Random Chat Zone, user content, safety rules, moderation, coins, rewards, premium features, and account deletion.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, installing, accessing, browsing, or using NIRVYN, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies shown in the app. If you do not agree, do not use NIRVYN.
2. Eligibility And Age
You may use NIRVYN only if you have legal capacity and your use is permitted by applicable law. Some features, including Dating and Random Chat, may require users to be at least 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. False age information is prohibited.
3. Core Account
NIRVYN uses one Core Account to access multiple zones. Users should maintain only one primary account unless NIRVYN authorizes otherwise. Multiple accounts must not be used to evade enforcement, mislead users, manipulate features, or conduct fraud or abuse.
4. Independent Zone Profiles
Your Social, Open Dating, Blind Dating, and Random Chat profiles may contain different information, visibility settings, photos, preferences, and interactions. Zone independence does not prevent NIRVYN from enforcing serious safety or abuse rules across the Core Account.
5. Account Security And Accuracy
You are responsible for your account, credentials, recovery information, devices, profile details, and activity. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
6. User Content
You remain responsible for content you post, upload, send, or share. You must have the rights needed to upload it and must not infringe other people's rights. You grant NIRVYN the rights needed to store, process, display, moderate, improve, and protect the service. If you or another permitted user shares Social content through a NIRVYN share link, you authorize NIRVYN to create and serve a public link preview that may include limited post information such as author display name, caption or title, image, video thumbnail, avatar, and URL. Third-party apps and recipients may display, copy, or cache shared previews outside NIRVYN control.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use NIRVYN for harassment, hate, threats, bullying, impersonation, fake profiles, scams, spam, fraud, illegal activity, exploitation, privacy violations, unauthorized solicitation, platform manipulation, or attempts to bypass moderation, age gates, privacy controls, screenshot protections, or reveal controls.
8. Dating And Random Chat
Dating and Random Chat require consent, respect, and caution. Users must not pressure others, demand private information, send unwanted sexual content, continue contact after rejection, record conversations without consent, display illegal or explicit content in video chats, or misuse privacy-focused features such as Blind Dating.
9. Coins, Rewards, Premium, And Ads
Coins, boosts, rewards, promotional credits, creator coins, and similar features are virtual service features. They do not create a cash property right and may be limited, changed, reversed, or revoked for fraud, abuse, technical error, policy violations, or account termination. Paid features and refunds may be subject to app-store and payment-provider rules.
10. Notifications And Communications
NIRVYN may send operational, security, legal, account, social, dating, random chat, reward, or safety communications by in-app notices, push notifications, email, SMS, or other permitted channels. Sensitive notification content may be reduced based on settings.
11. Moderation And Enforcement
NIRVYN may review reports, content, accounts, logs, and platform activity where needed for safety, security, policy enforcement, or legal compliance. Actions may include warnings, content removal, visibility limits, feature restrictions, zone restrictions, suspension, termination, or escalation to authorities where required by law.
12. Account Deletion And Termination
You may use in-app controls to delete zone data or request full account deletion. Full account deletion requests enter a 30-day grace period: the account is deactivated and hidden immediately, and permanent deletion begins after the grace period unless you cancel the request by signing in again. NIRVYN may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for safety, security, legal, payment, abuse, fraud, or policy reasons. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for lawful, safety, audit, dispute, or anti-abuse purposes.
13. Platform Changes And Availability
NIRVYN may introduce, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue zones, features, rewards, tools, and services. The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
14. Third-Party Services And App Stores
NIRVYN may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, ads, analytics, maps, notifications, security, or other operations. Users must also follow applicable Google Play, Apple App Store, payment-provider, and third-party terms where relevant.
15. Intellectual Property
NIRVYN, its software, design, interfaces, logos, trademarks, features, systems, and platform materials are owned by NIRVYN or its licensors. Users receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
16. Responsibility And Disputes
Users are responsible for their conduct, content, communications, interactions, decisions, and compliance with law. NIRVYN does not guarantee friendships, relationships, matches, popularity, business opportunities, or outcomes from user interactions. These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India unless a final launch policy states otherwise.
